Account executive
We’re looking for a driven, energetic Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a true hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives on bringing in new business, cold calling, pitching, and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, converting leads, and driving revenue growth. Once the deal is closed, you’ll hand off the account to a manager to continue client success and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Build compelling proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
Present and pitch the company’s offerings to prospects with confidence and clarity.
Negotiate and close contracts with prospective clients.
Maintain a consistent pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff after deals are closed.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as an account executive, preferably in the advertising industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing deals.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a must.
