Account Manager

We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Account Manager to nurture and grow existing client partnerships. This farmer role is all about retention, renewal, and building long-term value. You’ll serve as the client’s main point of contact post-sale, ensuring successful campaign execution, identifying upsell opportunities, growing the accounts and driving satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing communication and expectations.

  • Ensure flawless execution and delivery of campaigns.

  • Monitor performance and provide regular updates and insights to clients.

  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities.

  • Find creative ways to grow the account.

  • Advocate for clients internally and coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve issues.

  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with a service-first mindset.

  • Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
