Director of Social Media

Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Community Management/Audience Development (grow each social channel organically)
  • Create, curate and manage all published content (images and written)
  • Compile monthly reports for management showing growth (reporting & analytics)
  • Create weekly newsletters
Requirements:
  • 3-4+ years managing major business Social Media accounts
  • BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or equivalent
  • Photoshop skills are a must
  • Demonstrates outstanding in-person, oral and written communication skills
  • Some travel may be required
  • Great networker, Great on the phone, Great people skills

Data Entry

Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry/Analysis
  • Answer incoming calls, redirect as needed
  • Manage office calendars
  • Manage Customer Service Calls/Emails
  • Assist with making recaps and proposals
  • Gather content to be used on website and socials
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Must be a fast typer (60 WPM)

Account Director

Job Summary:
Work with key and new clients to generate advertising revenue WHILE meeting sales targets through the creation and renewal of sales contracts. Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow partnerships with key clients
  • Develop new business through prospecting and lead generation
  • Exceed revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Manages day-to-day client interaction
  • Oversee project from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction
  • Create client proposals, recaps and reports
  • Communicates and coordinate with other internal departments
Education:
  • 4-year college degree, BA/BS or equivalent
Work Experience:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Media sales experience preferred
Skills:
  • Strong organizational / time management skills / detailed oriented
  • Self-starter who’s able to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines
  • Must work well with others and be team oriented
Other Requirements:
  • Able to travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time for meetings, and industry events
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

Senior Media Buyer

Job Summary:

  • Creating RFP’s, proposals and POP’s
  • Write and present media recommendations and defend POV
  • Assist in planning overall budgets and maintain budgets through planning cycle
  • Demonstrates strong client service skills, including advanced organization and prioritization skills
  • Fiscally responsible for client media budgets and acts as the main vendor contact
  • Work closely with all members of the team to ensure all aspects of day-to-day projects are being met
  • Collaborates with production and buying teams to ensure smooth implementation of the execution of the plan
  • Maintains strong media partner relationships
  • Demonstrates outstanding in-person, oral and written communication skills
  • Have a strong command of industry research, data and agency resources
Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of agency and / or vendor experience in OOH media planning required
  • Experience in planning across the out-of-home landscape
  • Relationships with top vendors across the country
  • Knowledge of OOH media planning
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of media terminology and can apply it to media math
  • Independent and self-motivated, yet also team-oriented
  • Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast moving culture
