email marketing MANAGER

You’ll be responsible for transforming top-of-funnel leads into real business results — from inbound sales inquiries to formal RFP requests. This role demands both creative muscle and analytical rigor: a sharp eye for design (Adobe Creative Suite is your playground), standout copywriting talent, and the ability to prove performance through data. You’ll be an integral part of a fast-paced, idea-fueled team obsessed with impact, storytelling, and measurable success.

Your mission: convert leads at the top of the funnel into tangible opportunities — new business, RFP submissions, and client engagement.

wHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of email campaigns and newsletters with a clear focus on sales conversion and lead nurturing.

  • Design visually captivating emails using Photoshop and other design tools that align with our brand voice and campaign goals.

  • Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy for subject lines, calls to action, and email body content.

  • Develop audience segmentation strategies and workflows to deliver highly targeted and relevant messaging.

  • Grow and maintain a verified and engaged client/prospect email list.

  • Optimize email frequency, design, and content through A/B testing and performance analysis.

  • Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, RFP inquiries, etc.), and report on ROI with historical performance comparisons.

  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align email campaigns with outreach goals and business pipelines.

  • Ensure email best practices, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

requirements:

  • 4–5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience with a portfolio of high-performing campaigns.

  • Demonstrated track record of converting top-of-funnel leads into qualified sales opportunities.

  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a persuasive, branded voice.

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM/email tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills — you're just as comfortable designing a visual as you are writing a killer subject line.

  • Experience building, and testing emails using basic HTML and CSS.

  • Strong analytical ability — you live by performance metrics and have the historical results to prove it.

  • Experience growing and managing clean, verified, segmented email list.

  • A/B testing pro, data-obsessed, and performance-driven.

  • Have experience in B2B marketing and complex sales cycles.
