MEDIA PLANNER
We’re looking for a smart, driven, and detail-oriented OOH Media Planner to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end process of building and executing high-performing OOH campaigns, pitching directly to clients, developing strategies, securing inventory, and ensuring flawless delivery. You’ll need to be both creative and analytical, a skilled communicator who can think globally and move quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Pitch directly to clients with compelling ideas, plans, and creative strategies tailored to their brand objectives
Plan and execute global OOH campaigns across traditional, non-traditional, experiential, and emerging formats
Negotiate rates and secure inventory with vendor partners to deliver maximum value
Manage campaigns from start to finish, from strategy and planning to execution, reporting, and optimization
Collaborate internally with our media, sales, and marketing teams to respond to briefs and RFPs with creativity and speed
Monitor market trends, availability, pricing, and performance to keep campaigns competitive and effective
Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and reporting to ensure transparency and accuracy
Requirements:
MUST HAVE 3+ years of experience as an OOH media planner and buyer
Proven ability to pitch client-direct and build trusted relationships
Strong understanding of OOH markets and formats (global experience is a plus)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and solution-oriented approach
Experience with media planning software or platforms is a plus
