SENIOR Media plannER

Reporting directly to the CEO, as a Senior Media Planner at MilkMoney, you play a key role in shaping our vision by strategizing and developing effective Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns. This position ensures seamless media planning by analyzing market trends, delivering innovative campaign solutions, sourcing inventory, negotiating rates, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the OOH landscape.

  • Design and develop customized media plans that align with advertiser’s specific goals, ensuring effective reach and engagement.

  • Utilize the MilkMoney internal platform to manage vendor inventory, advertiser contacts, and media plans.

  • Work closely with advertisers to understand their objectives, establish clear and measurable KPIs, recommend optimal media plans, and provide attribution metrics to prove campaign success.

  • Identify available inventory and negotiate competitive rates with media publishers to maximize client value.

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on schedule.

  • Provide advertisers and vendors with a top-tier service, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction. Always aim for a 5 star rating.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for media publishers and advertisers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring campaign success.

  • Work with photographers to capture high-quality campaign content and share assets with advertisers and the internal marketing team for promotional use.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years in a senior-level media planning role, with a focus on Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising.

  • Deep expertise in the full outdoor advertising landscape, including a proven track record of planning and buying media across the top 10 DMAs.

  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions that contribute to business growth.

  • Creative leader with experience developing and executing bold, award-winning OOH and experiential campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience executing custom build-outs, fabrications, and experiential OOH activations.

  • Skilled at pitching innovative media strategies and plans to clients with clarity, confidence, and poise.

  • Proven success in supporting high-growth businesses through optimized and effective media strategies.

  • Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms and maximizing media value.

  • Proficiency with measurement tools, including attribution modeling and lift studies, to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
