SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We’re seeking a vibrant Social Media & Content Manager to take the lead on content creation and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and our own MilkMoney.com. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the digital voice and narrative of a fast-growing company that’s at the cutting edge of advertising innovation.
wHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead end-to-end social strategy, execution, and analytics for MilkMoney—own the voice, cadence, and platform presence with one non-negotiable goal: conversion.
Develop, design, and curate engaging content for daily posts across all of MilkMoney's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Craft engaging, smart, and scroll-stopping copy that connects with advertisers, brands, and creators alike.
Build strategic partnerships with micro-influencers, tastemakers, and industry voices to amplify MilkMoney’s reach.
Use insights and analytics to drive smarter content strategies and audience growth.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A self-starter with a portfolio that demonstrates success in scaling social media for B2B or startups (4+ years).
Proficiency in photo and video production, with experience editing for social media.
Exceptional writing skills—clear, concise, and persuasive.
Strong track record of growing social media audiences and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Comfort and confidence on camera, representing MilkMoney to our community.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, with a keen eye for innovation.
requirements:
Proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
4+ years of experience managing social media for B2B, startups, or similar.
Proficiency in video production, editing, and content creation for social platforms.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Positive, professional, and results-driven.
