SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Manager to own full-end strategy and execution across all social media channels. You’ll lead everything—from insights and planning to production, publishing, community engagement, and performance optimization—shaping the digital voice of a fast-growing company at the cutting edge of advertising innovation.

wHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Own all socials, end to end: set content pillars, build the calendar, and tailor formats per platform (Reels/TikTok/Shorts, Stories, carousels, LinkedIn posts).

  • Manage daily content creation across all platforms, overseeing every stage from concept through editing, captioning, and scheduling.

  • Translate emerging social trends into original, on-brand content that drives engagement and visibility.

  • Optimize content using platform metrics, iterating on hooks, retention, and engagement to improve results, with weekly reporting on insights and next steps.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A self-starter with a portfolio that demonstrates success in scaling social media for B2B or startups (4+ years).

  • Proficiency in photo and video production, with experience editing for social media.

  • Exceptional writing skills—clear, concise, and persuasive.

  • Strong track record of growing social media audiences and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Comfort and confidence on camera, representing MilkMoney to our community.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, with a keen eye for innovation.

requirements:

  • Proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Proficiency in video production, editing, and content creation for social platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience managing social media for B2B, startups, or similar.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Positive, professional, and results-driven.
